WTS was chosen as one of the 4 contractors of SUN for the roll out of its IBS projects in September 2007. The scope of the work includes survey, planning and design, project implementation and optimization.

Based on the number of sites delivered, WTS ranks number 2. However, WTS has been cited as the leading contractor for IBS implementation due to timely delivery of sites and high quality of work, with zero punchlist. When it comes to planning and design, WTS is also considered one of the best.

To date, WTS has been awarded 46 sites, out of which 16 sites had been delivered since the project started in September 2007. Among its completed prestigious projects are SM Bacolod, Pacific Star, Cybergate 1 Building Pioneer St, Mandaluyong City. Upcoming big projects expected to be completed in April 2008 include Citibank Tower in Makati, Robinsons Mall in Manila and Lipa, Marco Polo Hotel in Cebu, Mariott Hotel in Cebu, Hyatt Hotel in Pasay, Pines Hotel & Manor Hotel in Baguio, Mactan International Airport in Cebu, Serendra Commercial Center, Shangri-la Mactan Island Resort.
